feel abundant to attract abundance. In other words, when you focus on lack, limitations, poverty, worries, fear of not having enough, you only attract MORE of it, lack, limitations, etc.. If you want to have more money, you have to stop worrying about not having enough so here are some exercises to start attracting more money to you, while you’ll also become happier and healthier. If you do practice these exercises faithfully, you can not only have more money, every area of your life will improve! In order to receive, you must give. So keep in mind when you want to increase your income or attract money to you, what are you going to give back. Ever heard the saying, you can’t get something for nothing.

When I got my life on purpose and focused on giving of myself and everything that arrived into my life, then I was prosperous." We all have a purpose in life. We all have talents, skills or gifts that we can offer to make this world a better place. If you don’t know what your purpose is, and don’t say, I don’t have any skills, gifts or talents because you do. You have to find it, start writing and if you can’t write get one of those inexpensive “Talk and Type recorders for your computer where you talk and it types for you. They work great! Is there a story inside you to share with the world, a lesson you’ve learned, some information to share to help others. Sometimes, a gain comes from a pain you’ve endured and risen above it and you can share it with the world. Start a blog. They are so easy and free to do. Maybe there’s a book within you, but you can find it. When you start your goal writing, meditation, through these simple exercises, you will discover your purpose. 1Wear a Rubber Band On Your Wrist to Break the Bad Habit of Negative Thinking. Give up the negativity! Be honest with yourself. Every time you think negative thoughts or say anything negative, snap the rubber band on you wrist to break the habit of thinking negatively. If you say anything like, we can’t afford it, we don’t have enough money, we can’t pay it… snap the rubber band and think carefully before you speak, turn it into something positive such as, we will buy it as soon as we have the money or how do you think we can get the money to buy it. We’ll pay that as soon as we have the money. Pay attention to how you feel when you speak. If you have negative feelings, you are attracting more negative, more lack and limitations. If your vibration raises and you feel good when you speak, you are attracting the right thing. Soon you will say the better it gets, the better it gets, instead of the worse it gets, the worse it gets. Stop using negative talk, especially phrases such as “I can’t” These words actually disempower you. If you ever say anything like “I can’t” , be sure and snap that rubber band hard enough to hurt. 2 Affirmations Think/Speak What You DO WANT REPEATEDLY This is important. Your affirmation is your statement you are manifesting or your goal you are achieving. If you need a lot of money, decide or figure out how much you really need to manifest. Know an exact amount and order it. It’s like going into a restaurant and saying you are really hungry, I want food, a lot of it. They won’t bring you anything until you tell them what you want and if you keep changing your mind, it will take even longer to get your order. Then whatever money or income that comes in, be very grateful for it and you will get more of it. Use an affirmation, such as “ I am in possession of $25,000 by March 31, 2011. I don’t know how I am in possession of $25,000, I only know I am now and I am fulfilled.” Write your affirmation down on a piece of paper, 2 times a day, everyday, morning and evening, printing it slowly, all capital letters while you focus and think about it while you are writing it for at least 68 seconds, raising your vibration, feeling as if you already have it. Carry it with you and read it several times a day, imagining already having it and what you are doing with it. Use the affirmation to fill your idle thinking, repeating it over and over or record it and listen to it while you are while driving, working, walking, sleeping, etc. Using affirmations will help you to believe in yourself, believe you have it, believe you are worthy of it and it will come. Repeat your affirmations often in your mind, say it with enthusiasm, raising your vibration, feeling it as if you already have it. Best Affirmations start with “I am” and keep in the present tense and keep them positive. Imagine having a lot of money. See the end result, going to the bank to make deposits, having plenty to spend, see and imagine yourself paying bills off and feel the feeling of how good it feels to be free from that debt, having financial freedom to do what you want. Write your affirmations on a post it note and stick it where you will see it often to remind you to say it and with enthusiasm, either out loud, which is best or to yourself, repeating it several times a day. Post it on the bathroom mirror, on the front of the refrigerator, car dash, back door, on the edge of the computer screen, at work on your desk, on your pillow. Guidelines for affirmations: Start it with ‘I am’, two of the most powerful words in the language. Keep in the present tense as if you already have it or as if you’ve already accomplished it. Keep it positive!. Don’t use negative words, like I am not afraid of singing in front of crowds. Say I am enjoying the thrill of singing in front of crowds Keep it short as possible, short enough to remember and repeat often and be very specific. I am driving my new car is not specific I am enjoying driving my new white Chevy Tahoe, fully loaded with GPS, DVD, TV, and leather interior. Try to include one powerful positive emotion or feeling word like enjoying, loving, celebrating, happily, etc. and all affirmations should be only for yourself not others. Affirmations are very powerful. Try to focus on no more than 3 affirmations at one time. Replace an affirmation when it manifests into your life. If you have an urgent need for something, fill your mind with that one affirmation, repeating it with a burning desire until you have it. 3Forgive Everyone and Everything that Has EVER Caused You Any Harm or Pain NO MATTER WHAT ! This is a hard one for a lot of people and you may find it very difficult to do but if you try, you can. Holding grudges, hate in your heart, ill will for anyone at all for any reason only holds you back, hurts you, brings you problems. To hate someone or even have ill will towards them is like drinking poison and hoping the other person gets sick. They don’t, you do. To err is human but to forgive is Divine. When you start forgiving someone, you start healing and can move forward and have a life of abundance and real happiness. To forgive, just ask Spirit or God, whatever you’re comfortable with, to help you to forgive 100% with all your heart this person who has hurt you in any way. Write it on a piece of paper as if you are writing them a letter, Dear So and so, I forgive you for all the harm and pain you’ve caused me. I want you to know how it made me feel. Write out whatever comes to mind, anything and everything you think about how they made you feel and then write I am releasing all this negative energy now I’ve been holding inside me for so long and now I am healing because I forgive you. I forgive you and I am now healing. I have forgiven you and now I am healed. I am a better stronger person for it. I love myself. Then sign it then throw it away. Don’t send it to that person. No point. The negative energy has been released and you will grow, move forward in life and find real happiness. You might even call them, and tell them you forgive them and you offer peace between you. If not, tell them if you run into them or just smile and wave as if nothing bothers you at all because it doesn’t. That will drive them crazier than anything. 4 Being Thankful, Grateful everyday for even the smallest blessings is a Must! Don’t forget to say “Thank you” when someone does something for you, no matter how small & your blessings will GROW!!! Create a Grateful log, writing down as many things you can think of in 5 minutes, everyday, either before you go to bed or first thing in the morning when you first get up. When you are grateful, it will raise your vibration, change you attitude, fill you with peace and it will bring you more abundance!! Try to be thankful for as much as you can every day!! Notice how good it makes you feel. It also makes the other person feel appreciated and be glad they did it. REALLY important in business! Do you thank your customers when they pay you? Remember everyday what you are grateful for. If you don’t have time to write it down everyday, simply stop and think for 5 or 10 minutes, making a mental list in your mind what you are grateful for. To attract more money, real abundance, you can speed it up and give your life more value by being grateful for as much as you possibly can everyday. The more grateful you are, the faster the money will come. If you don’t have anything to be grateful for, or don’t think you can find anything to be grateful for because you’re just not happy, stop, and look around at a world of abundance and there are a million things to be grateful for if you just think and try. Be grateful the sun is shining. Grateful you can see, hear, walk. Be grateful for each person that loves you or for each person you love. Be grateful for your friends and remembering the moments they helped you or tried because they care, be thankful for that. Be grateful for your freedom, the peace and harmony in your life. Be thankful for your job and the food you have to eat everyday that nourishes that good body that carries you through this life. Be grateful for your talents, skills and all you can do…. get the picture. Notice, that most of the most valuable things in life I’ve mentioned here you can be grateful for doesn’t cost anything. So, no matter what your financial situation is, you can be wealthy, very wealthy without having a dime when you are truly grateful for all these things, you will attract real abundance and become rich as well. If you don’t have any money, you may be broke, but that doesn’t mean you’re poor. You’re poor when you think you have nothing, no body, no place, no purpose, nothing. That’s poor, and it starts inside and reflects to your outer world. You can be broke and have no money and still have family and friends, love, your health, a good mind and God and can be considered very wealthy and feel wealthy. Then you become bigger than your problems. If you let your problems become bigger than you, you can lose your health and if you lose your health, nothing else really matters. All health problems start with negative thoughts and feelings. 5 MEDITATE EVERYDAY for at least 15 minutes. This is very important to do even if you need nothing or want nothing more than you have right now. Do you Pray? If you believe in praying then you understand you are talking to God or that higher power. So when do you listen, really listen to God? When you meditate. It doesn’t matter whether you meditate on your own or have a guided meditation, it is still reaching that alpha or theta state of mind when you meditate, you are listening to that higher power, even in a guided meditation that may be for weight loss. Try to meditate at least 15 minutes a day, everyday, to connect to the Universal power, a higher power, to God, The Universe, Spirit, or whatever you want to call it but there is only one Universal power and it is in all of us, it is everywhere. The sub-conscious mind, or more commonly known as your Super Consciousness or your higher consciousness, your higher self is where all your power lies within you. I could talk about this Super Conscious Mind for 2 days but we don’t have time so just understand that when you learn to meditate and practice it, you will strengthen that inner power within you by connecting to the higher power which is all the same. That is your Godhood within you. When a man has certain characteristics, he may call that his manhood, like having a hairy chest. You have a Godhood within you which is your Super Conscious Mind. It is the spiritual part of you and is pure energy. It is in every cell of your being and every cell of your being has its own intelligence. Every physical conscious thought you think, which you are in control of, manifests into your Super conscious mind. The physical consciousness has what we call a critical factor so it can flow with negative thoughts easily if you let it. People often say, “but I can’t help what floods into my mind, I have a million thoughts a day about things I don’t want to think about but I do, I can’t help it. And many of them are very negative as you say” So you get what you think about. Period. It is a Universal Law and the most powerful Universal Law there is called the Law of Attraction. So go back here to learn how to get rid of negative thinking, using a rubber band on the wrist and writing good positive affirmations is a good start to stopping and controlling your thoughts. You are in control of your own thoughts or should be. You are Master of your fate. You are captain of your soul. When you do get control, your whole life will do a 360. Now, you’re away from the negative thinking, and you meditate. Your intuition will only become stronger and stronger and you may even become clairvoyant, clairaudient or clairsensitive but as Jesus said, what is in me is also within you. You will find more peace and harmony in your life, more love, more abundance, more happiness, better health and certainly more money. Try to meditate for at least 15 minutes a day everyday. How do you meditate? This is a 3 step process to be done all at the same time. 1 You need to get in a comfortable position, lying down or sitting up in a chair, but try to keep your spine straight, in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. 2 While in your comfortable position, Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose, mouth slightly open with tongue off the roof of your mouth, tongue relaxing on the floor of your mouth and with your lungs full of air, hold it as long as you comfortably can, then exhale slowly through the mouth while relaxing your body, with eyes closed, and relaxed, look up and out into the universe. This will help you to relax your eyes and look out through your third eye, The spiritual eye. 3 While you’re doing 1 and 2, Count on your fingers slowly, by tapping or pressing down one finger at a time to count while you inhale and count again with your fingers by gently pressing them down, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 while you hold your breath and count again while you exhale. As you inhale you may only count to 3 or 4 and while you hold your breath comfortable, you may count easily to 6 o7 and when you exhale, letting all the air out of your lungs and pushing out even more with your stomach muscles, you may count to 7 or 8 What ever is comfortable for you. After you do this long enough, you will find by exercising your lungs like this, you will breath deeper and hold your breath much longer. Try to do this at least 10 times and let go of the mind as you will go into a deep meditative state and reach the Theta state of mind. If you find it difficult to relax with so much on your mind, too much caffeine, stress and recapping an event of something that has happened that day, continue practicing this exercise and you will absolutely reach at least the alpha state which is a light trance and still connecting to a higher power. You may consciously feel more awake and even so, you may still easily see images, visions, premonitions as your intuition increases and using your higher power, to connect to the higher power of the universe, you will find more peace and happiness in your life. If doing a meditation on your own is too difficult, you can simply use a guided meditation with a hypnosis cd. When you pray, you talk to God, When you meditate, you listen to God. 6 Goal setting Make a list of your most important goals in writing. Do you have a current list of goals? If not, your bank balance is probably not anything to brag about. Writing your goals paves your way to advancing in life and having the success and wealth you want. Having goals will change your bank balance drastically. There are 2 ways to face the future: either with apprehension or with anticipation. To have a future you can get excited about, you will have to use your imagination and set goals. Well defined goals are like a magnet. Be specific, with dates and much detail and you will use the Law of Attraction which will pull you in their direction. Jim Rohn was a master at goal setting. Jim said, “The better you have defined them. The better you have described them, the harder you work on them, the stronger they pull. They pull you through all kinds of difficulties too. Without goals, its easy to let life deteriorate to the point where you’re just making a living. … We all have a choice: we can either make a living or design our life.” Jim Rohn told a great story about a conversation with his boss when he was young, when he was living paycheck to paycheck. Jim’s boss said he didn’t believe Jim’s bank balance was a true indicator of his level of intelligence. He told him he had plenty of talent and ability and much smarter than your bank balance indicates. That turned out to be true. Jim asked then, why then isn’t my bank balance bigger. His boss told him, because he doesn’t have enough reasons for accomplishing great things. If you had enough reasons, you could do incredible things. Reasons come first. Answers come second. Life has a strange way of hiding all the answers and disclosing them only to people who have been inspired to look for them…. who have reasons to look for them. When you know what you want and you want it badly enough, you will find ways to get it. The answers, the methods, the solutions will become evident to you. What if you had to be rich, are there books and tapes on the subject, The answer is yes, There are plenty of good ones but if you don’t have to be rich, you probably won’t read the books or listen to the tapes. What drives us to find the answers is …necessity…..So work on your reasons first, answer second. What are some of the reasons for doing well? It varies from person to person. If you did a little soul searching, I’m sure you’d come up with a list for reasons why you want to accomplish great things. There are personal reasons….sometimes uniquely personal reasons . Some people do well for the personal recognition…some do well because they love the way it makes them feel. They love the feeling of being a winner. That’s one of the best reasons. I have some millionaire friends who keep working 10 – 12 hours a day, making more millions. ..and it’s not because they need the money, it’s because of the joy, pleasure and satisfaction that come to them from being constant winners. To them, money is not their main drive. It’s not the money, it’s the journey. Ever hear someone say, “If I had a million dollars, I’d never work another day in my life” Hey, that’s probably why the good Lord sees to it, he doesn’t get his million, because he’d just quit. Family is another reason or motivator for doing well. Some people do well because of other people and that’s a powerful reason. Some people will do things for other people they would not do for themselves. Benevolence, the desire to share, can be a powerful reason for wanting to achieve. Some people do extremely well gathering up resources so they can then be benefactors. When Andrew Carnegie died, a slip of paper was found in his desk that he had written when he was in his 20’s and on that paper, he wrote, ‘I’m going to spend the first half of my life accumulating money and I’m going to spend the last half of my life, giving it all away’ and he did He was so inspired by his goal, he accumulated $450 million dollars and the last half of his life, he gave it all away.. What has you inspired to get up early, hitting it hard all day? What has you turned off? Find a long list of reasons to be inspired, the drive to do something unique Here’s how simple goal setting is: Decide what you want and write it down. Make a list. That’s how profound it is. Decide and write it down! Where do you want to go? What do you want to do? What do you want to see? What do you want to be? What do you want to share? What do you want to have? What projects would you like to support? What would you like to be known for? What skills would you like to learn, some extraordinary things you’d like to do, some ordinary things you’d like to do. Write these things down, write it down. It’s your own private list if it’s really private, put some stuff in code so if falls in unfriendly hands, they can’t understand it. Simple things, foolish things, it doesn’t matter. Keep your lists of goals so it shows your growth, your philosophy, shows your ability to change and grow. Jim Rohn’s boss said to him one day when you was making his first list, “It looks like we’ll be together for awhile, I have a suggestion for you, I think one of the first goals you ought to set, you’re a 25 yr Am male, sure, you’ve made mistakes but now you’re on the road to better things, you have a family worth it, reasons makes the difference. You’ve got every reason to do this, why don’t set a goal to become a millionaire. A Millionaire. This is America. All the possibilities are available. Why don’t you set a goal to become a Millionaire. Enough zeroes to impress your accountant. Millionaire. It has a nice ring to it. Then his boss says, “here’s why” Jim thought the man doesn’t need to teach me why, he said, ‘wouldn’t it be great to have a million dollars”. He said, NO, that’s not why, here was Jim’s boss’s reason to become a millionaire. Set a goal to become a millionaire and here’s why, ‘for what it will make of you to achieve it’. What a brand new reason to set goals. For what it will make of you to achieve it. A challenge to have a better vision for life. Set the kind of goals that will make something of you to achieve them. Always keep that in mind. What will it make of me? Don’t set your goals too low. Don’t join an easy crowd, you won’t grow, Go where the demands are high. Go where the pressure is on, Go where the expectations are high. The guy that says, I don’t need much. Well, then you don’t need to become much.” HOW TO WRITE GOALS: Write Down what you want. Then write the reasons you want it. Then write the reasons you believe you can have it or do it (whatever comes to mind). If you don’t have any good reasons why you want it then it probably isn’t a good goal for you. All goals should be written in great detail, being very specific, being positive, with some positive emotional words, with dates, in the present tense, as if you have already achieved it, and must never be anything that goes against man, nature or God. Add to each goal with more detail everyday as you focus on it and with emotion, feeling as if you have already achieved it! Without goals, you let life happen to you. With goals, you create the life you want to live. 7 Use a Blank Check Register and a Spare Book of Checks To Start Making Your Deposits and Spend the Money! (Mentally & Emotionally) If you don’t have a spare checkbook register and some blank checks, just a blank note pad will work. Start by writing in the deposit column, $1000 for today, then spend every dollar of the $1000. The next day, deposit in your register, $2000 and make sure you spend it all. Everyday, increase your deposit of $1000 and make sure everyday, you spend all the money you deposit. This will raise your vibration, getting you excited with a positive emotion and make you think about what you will do with your money, spending it as it comes in. As the deposits grow larger and larger each day, it will take more concentration what you will do with the money to spend it. It will remove the thoughts and feelings of lack and limitation. It is very effective and you may even feel as if you really have the money at times. It becomes more challenging to spend as the deposits grow larger and more exciting to do so. Over a year’s time, you will have spent something like $66 million. Don’t forget to write yourself a check! Out of $66 million a year, you can surely spare $10 million to pay yourself! 8 Command Your Money To Come. Write Down How Much Money You Want By When. Across the top of the paper, being very specific, write the amount of money you want to be in possession of by a specific date, such as: “ I am in possession of $25,000 by December 31, 2010. I don’t know how I have $25,000, I only know I do now and I am fulfilled.” Next write, “The reasons I want $25,000” and list all your reasons. You might write such reasons as: “my loan for $20,000 at First State Bank is paid in full on time. I don’t know how my loan at First State Bank is paid in full on time, I only know it is now and I am fulfilled.” This may be a good reason to want the $25,000 but if it is causing you stress because of deadlines, use this entire statement as an affirmation, repeating it often, writing it down 15 times a day until you feel a clearing, a peace comes over you and there is no more worry or fear what so ever. You know it will come some how, one way or another, not concerned at all about where it comes from, you only know it does. My credit card bill for $5,000 is paid in full by December 31,2010. I can move my business forward by investing an extra $200 a month in services that promote my products. Next write “ The reasons I believe I can have this” I have faith. I am a good person. I am worthy. I expect it. I have worked very hard and we reap what we sow. I know it comes to me easily, effortlessly and instantly. Just sit and write whatever comes to mind. Let the thoughts flow but keep it positive. Remember, it is the reasons you believe you can have this and NOT why you can’t have it. You can focus on one to three goals at a time, using this exercise here. The biggest problem with most people, they don’t know what they want. That is what they really want. We all have our wishes and want list but to focus on the one thing that is most important to you to achieve is very vague for most. So using this method here will help narrow down what it is you really really want or need. When you start listing the reasons you want something, you will find you will either want it more and more with valid reasons why you want it or you’ll find you don’t have any real valid reasons why you want it so it is just a wish and not a real burning desire. 9 Make a vision board with pictures of what you want to manifest. Cut pictures out of magazines, newspapers, print off the computer, take with a camera and paste or tape them on a big boad, cork board, big piece of cardboard or just a poster board. Get pictures and make a vision board you can look at everyday and dream about it, imagine it, FEEL it as if you already have it, do it or accomplished it. Put pictures of (for example) Things you want to buy: car, computer, furniture, property: Things you want to do, play baseball, parachuting, own your own business, Things you want to see; places, books, people: Things you want to hear: cd’s, books, people, seminars. Things you want to have: kids, family, marriage, house, ipod, Things you want to learn how to cook, play racquetball, use a computer, sing Ordinary, simple things you want, Extraordinary things you want Make a vision board and work on it a little everyday, or once a week but look at it everyday and imagine, feel, think about already having everything on the board.
